Clyb' is the all-in-one platform for Spanish sports clubs: charge dues
automatically, manage athletes, invoice legally (VeriFactu) and communicate
with tutors — all from one place. Targets football academies, basketball
clubs, swimming schools, gymnastics centres, martial-arts dojos, padel and
tennis schools.

Trial: 30 days free, no card required, Spanish-language support.

Six pillars:

1. **Cobros automáticos.** Recurrencia mensual o trimestral, tarjeta y SEPA, reintentos inteligentes ante impagos.
2. **Gestión de deportistas.** Fichas completas, equipos por temporada, traspasos y altas masivas vía CSV.

- **Pro — 79 €/mes.** Deportistas ilimitados. Cobros Stripe + SEPA Direct Debit. Facturación VeriFactu. Gestores ilimitados. Registro horario + LOPIVI. Anuncios push y email segmentados. Soporte prioritario (respuesta 8 h). SLA 99,9 %. *(Plan más elegido.)*
- **Enterprise — a medida.** Todo lo de Pro + dominios personalizados, SSO (SAML / Google / MS), API privada + webhooks, onboarding dedicado, SLA 99,95 % con soporte 4 h, contrato anual.

Pricing principles:

- No commission on collections. Only Stripe's standard fee (1.5 % + 0.25 €
  cards, 0.30 € flat SEPA) charged by Stripe directly to the club's account.
- No per-athlete fee on Pro and Enterprise.
- Onboarding is free; migration assistance is included in Pro and Enterprise.

Clyb' is a certified Sistema Informático de Facturación (SIF) under Royal
Decree 1007/2023 (BOE-A-2023-24840) and the implementing Orden HFP/1180/2024.

Declared technical attributes:

- **NIF del titular del SIF:** W-0099012H (FlamaTech Ltd., Malta, NIF de no residente).
- **Identificador único del sistema:** CLYB-SIF-2026-002.
- **Fecha de declaración:** 14 mar 2026 (registro AEAT 2026/SIF/00472).

Certified technical characteristics:

- **Integridad:** cada registro firmado con hash SHA-256 encadenado al anterior.
- **Trazabilidad:** auditoría con timestamp, usuario e IP por operación.
- **Conservación:** 7 años en almacenamiento WORM (Write-Once-Read-Many).
- **Inalterabilidad:** las facturas no se modifican, solo se emite rectificativa.

Clyb' supports compliance with Ley Orgánica 8/2021 (LOPIVI) for sports clubs
with minors:

- Encrypted repository of negative certificates from the Registro Central de
  Delincuentes Sexuales (RCDS) with automatic expiry alerts.
- Record of the Delegado/a de Protección and the club's published protocols.
- Compliance pack (PDF/ZIP) ready for inspection.
- Restricted incident log accessible only to the Delegado/a.
- Editable protocol templates the club personalises and publishes.

Clyb' does not replace legal counsel or the judgement of the Delegado/a;
operational tooling only.

- **Data controller:** the club. Clyb' is the **data processor** under a
  signed DPA (art. 28 RGPD).
- **Sub-processors disclosed:** AWS Frankfurt (hosting, EU), Stripe Payments
  Europe (Dublin, EU), GoCardless (London, UK), AEAT (Spanish tax authority,
  legal obligation), Resend (transactional email, EU).
- **Encryption:** AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. Backups every 6 h.
  Logs retained 5 years.
- **Sensitive data of minors:** medical data encrypted at rest, accessible
  only to the club's LOPIVI responsable; auto-deleted when the athlete
  leaves the club.
- **International transfers:** main servers in the EU. Transfers to the UK
  (GoCardless) rely on the European Commission adequacy decision of 28 Jun 2021.
- **Breach notification:** within 72 h to the controller (art. 33 RGPD).

Version 4.2, in force from 1 Apr 2026. Highlights:

- Subscription is billed in advance, monthly or annually. Price increases
  notified 30 days ahead.
- **Stripe fees** are charged by Stripe directly; Clyb' adds nothing.
- **SLAs:** Pro ≥ 99.9 % monthly availability; Enterprise ≥ 99.95 %. Starter
  is "as is".
- **Backups:** encrypted, every 6 h. Logs retained 5 years.
- **Breach notification** within 72 h.
- **Cancellation:** effective at end of paid period; no pro-rata refund.
  Data exportable for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted unless legal
  retention applies (VeriFactu invoices, LOPIVI certificates).
- **Governing law:** Maltese law; without prejudice to mandatory Spanish
  consumer law for clubs acting as consumers (rare for B2B but recognised).

- **¿Necesitamos una cuenta de Stripe para empezar?** Sí, pero la abres durante el onboarding (8 min). Stripe Connect lleva los fondos directamente a tu cuenta bancaria, sin pasar por Clyb'.
- **¿Cuánto cuesta cobrar una cuota?** Stripe cobra 1,5 % + 0,25 € (tarjetas EU) o 0,30 € (SEPA). Clyb' no añade comisión.
- **¿Qué es VeriFactu y por qué me afecta?** El sistema de la AEAT que obliga a remitir cada factura firmada en tiempo real desde 2026 (RD 1007/2023). Si tu club emite facturas o recibos, debes cumplirlo. Clyb' lo hace automáticamente.
- **¿Mis datos están a salvo?** Infraestructura europea (AWS Frankfurt). Cumplimos RGPD, LOPIVI y VeriFactu. AES-256 + TLS 1.3. Backups cada 6 h, logs 5 años.
- **¿Puedo migrar desde Excel u otra plataforma?** Sí. CSV + mandatos SEPA portados. Un club de hasta 100 deportistas migra en 2-3 horas con el asistente.
- **¿La app del tutor es nativa?** Es una PWA: se instala en el móvil sin pasar por App Store / Google Play, funciona offline y envía notificaciones push.
- **¿Puedo probar Clyb' sin pagar?** 30 días, sin tarjeta, plan Pro completo. Al final la cuenta queda en lectura, nunca con cargo automático.
