Pricing questions

Is there a fee per payment?

Clybo’ does not add its own fee to payments. The payment provider charges its current rate directly, which you should check before activating the service.

Is there a limit on athletes?

No. Basic doesn't limit the number of athletes in the club or change price based on volume.

Are VeriFactu and TicketBAI included?

Exempt receipts are included in Basic. Invoices with VeriFactu, TicketBAI or another service connected to B2Brouter require the flat-rate Tax add-on, at €10/month or €100/year, with no limits or overage charges.

Is there a set-up or installation fee?

No. Onboarding is free; on the Federation plan we handle the migration at no cost, including if you're coming from Excel or another tool.

Do you accept annual payments?

Yes. With the annual plan you pay for 10 months and get 2 free (€290 a year, VAT included), with a single invoice at the start of the cycle.
