You create a fee plan and assign it to athletes. On the billing date, Clybo’ submits the charge to the club's Stripe account or adds it to the bank remittance, issues the receipt and lets you know if a payment fails.

What data does Clybo’ use if I sign in with Google?
If you choose to sign in with Google, Clybo’ receives your account identifier, your primary email and the basic profile details Google provides, solely to create or link your account and authenticate you. Clybo’ does not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar or your contacts. See our Privacy policy.
Do we need a Stripe account to get started?
Only to take card payments, and you open it during Clybo’ sign-up. With Stripe Connect, payments go to the club's account without passing through Clybo’. If you collect by bank remittance, you don't need Stripe.
How much does it cost to collect a fee?
Clybo’ doesn't add its own fee to the club's payments. The payment provider charges its current rate directly, which you should check before activating the service.
What is VeriFactu and why does it affect my club?
VeriFactu is one of the modes for invoicing systems regulated by RD 1007/2023 (Spanish Royal Decree 1007/2023). Exempt receipts are included in Basic; issuing invoices with VeriFactu or TicketBAI requires the Tax add-on. Clybo’ will not switch on live submissions until technical and legal validation is complete and the responsible declaration (declaración responsable) for the version has been published.
Is my data safe?
Clybo’ applies encryption of sensitive fields, TLS, role-based access control and isolation between clubs both in the application and in PostgreSQL. Permissions let you limit what each team member can view or change.
Can I migrate from another platform or from Excel?
You can import athletes using Clybo’s CSV template. To migrate mandates or other data from a previous provider, our team reviews the source, format and scope with you before confirming the process.
Is the guardian app native?
It's a PWA (Progressive Web App): it installs on the phone from the browser, without going through the App Store or Google Play. It receives push notifications and updates itself.
Can I organise training sessions and events?
Yes. The calendar brings together the club’s training sessions and events, lets you call up athletes and gathers the replies so the team has a single working schedule.
Can I try Clybo’ without paying?
30 days free, no card, with Basic features except live tax reporting. If you don't want to continue when it ends, your account switches to read-only mode at no cost; we never charge you automatically when the trial ends.
