Quick answer
Open the invitation, activate your access and choose the club. From Home, you can open the full calendar, manage each athlete's private photo, and check groups, fees and documents.
The families’ app brings together the information each club shares with you. One account can be linked to several athletes and clubs, but data is always shown within the club you have selected.
Open tutor.clybo.app in your browser. The app is not yet available in the App Store or Google Play. You can use it on the web or install it from your browser by following the steps in this guide.
The invitation email includes a link to this tutorial in Spanish. Select the thumbnail or See the first steps to open the guide and play the video; the Accept invitation button still takes you to your personal invitation. You can also follow all the written steps without watching the video.
If you start from the Clybo’ website, select Sign in and choose Families and guardians on the sign-in page. Then select Enter families and use the email address from your invitation. You do not need to create a club or open the management dashboard. If you do not have access yet, ask the club’s administrators to check your invitation. This option is available in every country where the app is offered.
Before you start
You need access to the email address the club used in your record. Do not forward the invitation link: it is intended for the invited person. If you already use Clybo’ with another club, keep using the same account.
Step by step
1. Open the invitation email
Select the link sent by the club. Check that the message names the expected club and that the destination is on tutor.clybo.app; then open it in the browser where you want to use the app. If the button opens panel.clybo.app, do not enter your details. Ask the club to resend the invitation.
2. Activate or recover your access
Request access with the same email address that received the invitation. On the sign-in screen, enter that address and select Send access link. You will receive an email with the subject “123456 is your Clybo’ access code”, where 123456 is your six-digit code. Enter it on the sign-in screen under Enter the code from your email here, then select Sign in with code. You do not need to create a password.
Below the code, the same email contains the Sign in from browser button, intended for signing in on a computer or in your mobile browser. The button opens the Confirm your access screen; select Sign in to start a session in that browser. If you sign in this way, the code in the email stops working.
Before showing Home, the app securely activates any pending invitation associated with that email address. This check takes place when you open the link, enter the code or restore a saved session, so you do not need to ask the club to create another record.
If you use the installed app, especially on an iPhone or iPad, enter the code in the app and do not select the button in the email: it opens in the browser, whose session is separate from the installed app. If you opened it by mistake, do not select Sign in on Confirm your access. Return to the app and enter the code; it is still valid.
3. Choose the club
If you have access to more than one club, choose the one you want to check. You can switch later without losing context or mixing up fees and messages.
4. Check Home
Make sure your athletes, upcoming events and pending transactions are shown. From Home, you can open the full calendar; in each profile, you can review shared details and add a private photo if the feature is enabled.
5. Install the app if you want to
On Android with Chrome, open the club’s link and sign in. When the Install the app on your mobile card appears on Home, select Install and confirm in the Android dialogue. Then find Clybo’ on your home screen or in your app list and open it from its icon.
If you closed the card on Home, open Account and look for Install the app. This option may still be available after you close the card. If you cancelled the Android dialogue or the button no longer appears, open the app website in Chrome and select ⋮ → Add to Home screen → Install. Confirm the steps shown on your device; wording may vary by Chrome and Android version. If you opened the link inside another app, open it in Chrome first.
On an iPhone or iPad, open tutor.clybo.app in Safari, select Share → Add to Home Screen, then Add. If Open as Web App appears, leave it enabled. Open the Clybo’ icon added to your home screen. If asked to sign in, use the same email address and enter the code in the installed app. The names and positions of these options may vary by device version.
6. Add a card if needed
You only need this step if the club asks you to add a saved card and has enabled the feature. Under Fees, select Change card to open Payment method. There you will find Add card if no card has been added, or Change card to replace one.
Enter the card number, expiry date and security code in the provider’s secure form; complete any other details requested. Select Save card, follow your bank’s verification if it appears, and wait for confirmation. Check that the correct last digits are shown. If you do not see this option, ask the club how you should pay.
Saving or changing a card does not mean an outstanding fee has been paid. See Change your payment method for the full process.
7. Pay an outstanding fee
Under Fees, check the athlete, description and amount, then select Pay now when available. Follow the payment form and bank verification; your club receives the payment.
If Continue payment appears, resume that same transaction. If you see Payment in progress or Verifying payment, wait for the result to be confirmed. Do not repeat the charge because it is taking a while or your connection was interrupted. Check the fee status afterwards. See Check and pay your fees for more details.
8. Check training times
From Home, look for Upcoming training and select View calendar. Choose the season and switch between Month and Agenda. Check the published date, time and location, and look out for sessions that have been moved or cancelled. If an activity is missing, check the club and season, then contact the club.
See Check the family’s full calendar for details.
You have not received the sign-in email
On the screen confirming that the email was sent, open Haven’t received the email?. Before requesting another link, check these three situations:
- You submitted an enrolment and the club has not confirmed it yet. You will not have app access until the club confirms it, so requesting the link repeatedly will not make it arrive. You can track the enrolment with the tracking code in the acknowledgement email.
- The club registered your account with another email address. Try the email you gave when enrolling or the one the club has in your record.
- You do not have an account yet. If you have never enrolled and the club has not added you, there is no account to sign in to.
Also check your spam folder: the email may take a couple of minutes to arrive.
You are signed in but cannot see any club details
If you signed in successfully but the app shows no clubs, this is not a loading error: that email address is not linked yet. The app will tell you which of these situations applies:
- Your enrolment is awaiting confirmation. You will see the club, form, submission date and tracking code, with a direct link to the public enrolment status. When the club confirms it, you will receive an email and your details will appear in the app.
- The registration fee is still outstanding. The enrolment cannot be confirmed until payment is complete. Your club always receives the payment.
- You are on a waiting list or your enrolment was not accepted. The club has reviewed your application; if you think there is an error, contact it directly.
- Your link with the club has ended. When you leave, you lose access to that club’s data.
- This email address is not linked to a club. From that same screen, you can sign out and use another email address.
If something goes wrong
- “The app could not be opened”: check your connection and select Try again. If the message remains, select Reload page. You can keep your chosen language, including Ukrainian; you do not need to switch to Spanish or erase your data to retry loading.
- A section does not open after an update: with a connection, the app may automatically reload the same page once if it confirms that a new version is available. It does not do this after detecting that you have edited a field or while a payment is displayed in the app. The editing protection lasts until you close or reload the page, even if you have already saved. If the problem continues, keep any changes you can still view before using the available reload action. If you were paying or saving a card, check the result before repeating the operation; an interruption does not confirm that it failed. This recovery requires a connection.
- The link has expired or verification does not finish: return to sign-in and request a new link, or use the code in the latest email.
- The code does not work: check that it has six digits and matches the latest email; each email’s subject shows its code, so you do not need to open them. Each code can be used once and expires after 15 minutes. Requesting another code invalidates the previous one, as does selecting Sign in on Confirm your access. Mistyping the code does not invalidate it: check it and try again.
- “We are setting up your access”: activation could not finish, usually because of a connection problem. Select Try again or reopen the app; you do not need to request another invitation.
- Your email already exists: sign in with that same address; you do not need another account.
- An athlete is missing: ask the club to check the link to your record.
- You see a different club: change the active club from the selection screen or Profile, when available.
