Practical guide

View your family's full calendar

Review training sessions and events by season, switch between month and agenda views, and identify changed or cancelled sessions.

Quick answer

From Home, select View calendar beside Upcoming training. Choose a season and use the month or agenda view to see training and events, with each team's colour and current status.

The families’ calendar brings together activities for the athletes linked to your account in the active club. It is a view-only screen: it shows the schedule published by the club, while timetable changes and event invitations are managed on their own screens.

Training sessions belong to the teams your athletes currently belong to. If the club removes an athlete from a team, that team’s training sessions will no longer appear under Upcoming training or in the calendar. You will still see the team if another of your athletes remains in it.

Before you start

Check that you are in the correct club and that the expected athlete appears. If you belong to several clubs or more than one season is available, the selected context determines which activities you see.

Step by step

1. Open the calendar

On Home, find Upcoming training and select View calendar. You can also return to this view after opening a specific activity.

2. Choose the season

If the club has several seasons available, select the one you want to check. The calendar limits navigation to the season dates to avoid mixing different schedules.

Only seasons with a team that one of your athletes still belongs to are shown. A past membership that has ended does not give access to that team’s calendar.

3. Switch between month and agenda

Use the Month view to see the overall schedule or Agenda to read activities in chronological order. Move forwards or backwards within the season.

4. Identify the team and activity type

Training sessions and events show the date, time and details published by the club. Team colours help distinguish activities when your family has several linked athletes or groups.

5. Check status changes

Look for sessions marked as scheduled, moved, extra or cancelled. A cancelled activity may remain in the calendar to record the change; do not treat it as an active event invitation.

If something goes wrong

  • The calendar is empty: check the season, active club and the athlete’s team membership.
  • You cannot move further: you have reached the start or end of the selected season.
  • A training session is missing: it may not have been published or may belong to another team; check with the club.
  • The time differs from another message: open the activity and use its latest status as the reference.

Next step

To confirm attendance at an activity, see Respond to an event invitation. To clarify a change, use Contact the club from the app.
