Quick answer
Under Documents, you will first find each athlete's consents. Open their name to review or sign pending ones. Below, you can open and provide private files for each athlete; your own files are listed separately.
Documents are stored privately and opened using temporary links. You will only see confirmed files enabled for your profile or for athletes linked to your account.
Before you start
Select the correct club and prepare the requested file. Check that it is legible, belongs to the right person and does not include extra information the club does not need.
Step by step
1. Open Documents
Open Documents from the navigation and check the active club. The Consents section appears before files. Tap an athlete’s name to expand their consents; the pending notice remains visible even when you close the section.
The small number on the Documents icon counts signatures pending for your athletes in that club: club requests and new versions of documents you have already accepted. It updates when you sign, disappears when it reaches zero and shows 9+ when there are more than nine. A rejection or revocation alone does not count; an explicit new request from the club may mean that you need to review the decision. The counter also refreshes when you return to the app and periodically while it is open.
Check status and content
Each row identifies the document and its status using text and an icon:
- Signed: lets you view the accepted version and its date.
- Rejected: keeps the negative response and the version it applied to.
- Awaiting signature: opens the requested document for review.
- Revoked: keeps the withdrawal date and history.
If a new version is pending, the previous record remains available. Open the document and select Sign with the version number to review the new version before responding.
Written text from the club appears directly on screen, with its headings and paragraphs. A PDF appears in a viewer with page controls, zoom in and out and expand. You can also Download or Open PDF in another tab. If the document includes text and a PDF, both are shown. Close returns you to the list.
Sign a pending version
- Open the consent and review all its content.
- Select Review and sign.
- Check the athlete, title and version under Confirm signature.
- Tick I have read and accept the content of this version and select Confirm and sign.
The button stays disabled until you tick the acceptance. Not now or Back to document lets you leave without signing. If the club changes or withdraws the version while you are reading it, return to the list and refresh before signing. If no content can be loaded, signing is blocked.
Decline an optional document or change your response
Optional documents let you select Decline document as well as sign. Open the pending document, review its content and select Decline document. Check the athlete, document and version under Confirm rejection, then confirm. Not now only closes the reader; it does not record a rejection.
The status changes to Rejected and the request is no longer pending. The club can see the response and its date. Mandatory documents cannot be declined.
To change a negative response, open the rejected document and select Accept document. Review the current version and complete Review and sign, ticking acceptance in the confirmation. The status changes to Signed and the previous response remains in the history. This option requires the document to remain available; if the club withdrew it, you can only view the record.
Accepted optional consents that allow withdrawal show Revoke, with an additional confirmation. Mandatory ones do not offer this action. Revoking withdraws an existing acceptance; declining responds negatively to a pending version.
Select an athlete’s files
Below Consents, the Documents section keeps athlete selectors so you can switch profiles without mixing files. This selection is separate from the consents dropdown.
2. View shared files
Select a document to open it. The app creates a short-lived private link and opens it in a new tab. Close that tab when you have finished.
The manager can share documents and MP3 files for the athlete. When you open an MP3, your browser lets you listen or download it depending on the device. Files marked Private · managers only do not appear and cannot be downloaded from your account, including from your personal section if the file is linked there too. Shared means access for that athlete’s guardians; it is not public.
3. Find your documents
The personal section brings together files linked to your guardian profile, separately from documents for each athlete.
4. Provide a file with a clear name
Use the upload action, select a category and choose the file. Families can provide PDF, PNG or JPG files up to 10 MB; managers upload MP3s from the profile. If you want, enter a Document name explaining what it contains; Clybo’ keeps the original file extension. Wait for the upload to finish and do not leave the screen while it is in progress.
5. Check the confirmation
After uploading, refresh the list and check the name, date and category. The club may need to validate the document before using it in other processes.
6. Delete your own document when appropriate
If the profile shows Delete, use it only for a mistaken or obsolete file. Read the confirmation: deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Documents you cannot manage do not show this action; ask the club for help.
If something goes wrong
- A consent does not load: select Try again. A loading failure does not mean no consents exist.
- The PDF does not appear: try again or open it in another tab; if the link has expired, close and reopen the document.
- Signing fails: the confirmation keeps the notice, and you will need to tick acceptance again before retrying.
- Declining fails: the confirmation keeps the notice and lets you retry; the status does not change until the server confirms the response.
- An athlete is missing: ask the club to check the link to your account.
- A link does not open: select the document again to create a new link.
- An upload fails: check format, size and connection, then try once more.
- You uploaded the wrong file: delete it if the option appears; otherwise contact the club to review it.
- Delete is not shown: you do not have permission for that file or the club must retain it.
Next step
To ask about a file, use Contact the club from the app. Administrators manage requests and versions with Manage legal documents and consents.
The video guide in the Spanish original shows file management. The consent section and signing steps are described in this guide. Available to linked guardians, with no additional country or activation restrictions.
