2. Purpose

This legal notice governs the use of the website clybo.appand the subdomains panel.clybo.app and forms.clybo.app(hereinafter, “the Site”). Browsing the Site makes you a user of the Site and implies full acceptance of all the clauses in this notice. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Site.

3. Terms of use

The user undertakes to:

  • Make appropriate and lawful use of the Site.
  • Not carry out activities that damage, alter or prevent the normal operation of the Site.
  • Not post content that is racist, xenophobic or pornographic, that glorifies terrorism or that violates human rights.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by the laws of Malta. For any dispute arising from the use of the Site, the parties submit to the courts of Malta, unless a mandatory rule assigns jurisdiction to other courts, in particular where the user acts as a consumer.
