Responsible declaration pending validation

This page reports the status of the VeriFactu module, but it is not yet the responsible declaration (declaración responsable) of the producer of the invoicing system, nor does it prove any certification, registration or acceptance by the AEAT (the Spanish tax agency).

Precondition for tax submissionsActivating the tax module in production is conditional on completing technical validation, confirming the producer's legal identity and publishing a dated, approved version of the declaration.

Evidence required to publish the current version

  • Final identity, tax ID and registered address of the invoicing system (SIF) producer.
  • Identifier and exact version of the deployed engine.
  • Validation of compliance with RD 1007/2023 (Spanish Royal Decree 1007/2023) and its current implementing regulations.
  • Sandbox test of the invoice, corrective invoice, rejection and resubmission cycle.
  • An approved, dated and versioned document, kept alongside the release.
