Quick answer
Confirm Spain as the tax country and check the club's identity, address and tax regime under Tax details. Then subscribe to tax services and complete the legal and technical activation needed for VeriFactu or TicketBAI.
This guide applies to clubs whose tax country is Spain. VeriFactu and TicketBAI must not be presented as universal obligations: the territory and nature of each transaction determine which service may apply.
Before you start
Confirm the club’s details and obligations with its tax adviser. You will need an active subscription, the tax service subscription and the required legal information. Purchasing the service does not replace legal or technical activation.
Step by step
1. Check the tax country and territory
This guide applies if the club’s tax country is Spain. Under Settings → Tax details, check the address. The territory is derived from the province entered during setup; this screen does not provide a manual territory selector. Do not infer the tax country from the interface language or the location of a secondary venue.
2. Complete the identity and tax regime
Check the legal name, NIF, address and tax options offered by Clybo’. Use details confirmed by the club; they may be locked in for later charges and documents.
3. Subscribe to the tax feature
Under Settings → Subscription, find Tax add-on and select Add tax services. Check the price, period and pro-rata charge before selecting Add and pay. The feature is granted once payment and the subscription update are confirmed.
Paid renewals extend the available period. If you request cancellation, the confirmation shows how long you can use the add-on based on the current period, not the date when you first subscribed. Cancelling the add-on does not cancel the club’s subscription.
4. Complete service activation
When Activation required appears, select Complete activation. Check the start date, the option about continuing with another tax system, and the explicit consent. When appropriate, confirm with Activate and verify. Follow the connection status and provide the requested information. VeriFactu requires the relevant responsible declaration to be published before production submissions.
5. Verify before issuing
Check that the feature, authorisation and connection are active. Run the available validations, and issue documents only when the dashboard confirms that the required service is ready.
If something goes wrong
- The add-on does not appear: check the plan, permissions, and availability for the country and territory.
- Payment is confirmed but the service is not active: legal or technical activation may still be required.
- Tax details are locked: review the effect on documents already issued before requesting a change.
- The club is not in Spain: do not use this guide; wait for content and policy specific to the relevant tax country.
Next step
When the status is correct, continue with Issue and manage invoices or receipts. To learn about the module’s public scope, see the VeriFactu page.
