Quick answer
Choose an active plan, select athletes and review the date and first charge. After assigning it, open each profile to split later periods between one or two guardians.
Assigning a fee creates a payment relationship between an athlete and a plan. You can do this for a group, but each person keeps their own enrolment, date, discount and payment method.
Before you start
Create and activate the fee plan, check its season, frequency and amount, and confirm which athletes should receive it. Decide the actual start date before opening bulk assignment.
Step by step
1. Open the Fees catalogue
Open Fees, find the plan and select the action to assign it. If the plan is archived or closed, check its status before continuing.
2. Select athletes
Search by name and select the relevant people. Use teams or season as a reference, but check the final selection: a bulk assignment can create several payment schedules.
3. Set the date and first charge
Choose the start date and review how the first period should be handled. The preview explains when the first charge will be created and helps avoid assuming all plans start on the same day.
4. Check for duplicates and exceptions
Clybo’ identifies athletes who already have a compatible enrolment. Review any skipped cases, those that need a card change, and those with another condition before confirming.
5. Confirm and review the result
After assigning, check the summary of additions, omissions and errors. New fees assigned to a group start as Cash; open each individual profile and use Edit split to change them to card or bank transfer, or to adjust the discount and collection day.
6. Set up a split if needed
In the athlete’s profile, open Payments → Assigned fees and select Edit split. You can choose one or two linked guardians, percentages totalling 100%, and a valid method for each. This affects only the next period that has not yet been generated.
If something goes wrong
- The plan does not appear: check that it is active and belongs to the correct season.
- A person is skipped: they may already have an equivalent enrolment or may be inactive.
- The date results in an unexpected charge: return to the preview and check the frequency and first period.
- A payment method is missing: when needed, ask the family to add one before collection.
- A payer is missing from the split: they must first be linked to the athlete.
