Quick answer
Choose Ukrainian (Українська) from the sign-in or profile language selector. The interface and transactional emails are translated; your preference is saved to your account or browser for public screens.
You can choose the language in which you want to use Clybo’. The change affects your interface and does not change the club’s country, currency or communication language.
Before you start
You do not need special permissions or to configure your browser. The selector is available on the sign-in screen and in the management, families and staff apps.
Step by step
1. Open the language selector
On the sign-in screen, select the language selector. If you are already signed in, open your Profile to find it. In the management dashboard, you can also change it under Settings → Profile.
2. Choose a language
Select your preferred language. The interface changes immediately. If you are signed in, Clybo’ saves the preference to your account so you can use it on other devices. In public forms and screens without a session, it is kept in that browser.
In My profile and while setting up a club in the management dashboard, the language is saved as soon as you select it: you do not need to select Save. Wait for the save to finish before reloading the page. The profile’s Save button is for changes to your first and last names.
3. Check your preference
Open the selector again or reload the page to confirm the active language. For example, after switching from Ukrainian to Spanish, the dashboard should still be in Spanish after reloading. The interface language does not change the language of club messages, the currency or the region.
Languages and translations
Ukrainian (Українська) is available in the selector. The app catalogue and transactional emails are translated. The five base languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, English and French) and Ukrainian have complete catalogues; co-official languages are also being translated incrementally. Product names, file formats and technical identifiers retain their original spelling.
Changing the interface language does not change the default language the club uses for its communications, or the club’s country or tax settings.
Language of help resources
On the Clybo’ website, open Resources and choose a language from the header selector. The index, search and guides appear in that language; links between guides keep your choice. You can switch back to Spanish from the same selector. Videos and screenshots that are still available only in Spanish can be viewed from the link to the Spanish original. Translating a guide does not change the countries where it applies or the availability of club features.
If something goes wrong
If a different language appears again after you sign in, open your Profile and select your preferred language again. If saving fails, the dashboard displays a message and restores the previous language; check your connection and try again. The preference saved to your account applies when you sign in; a public screen keeps its own browser preference.
